Selective Structural

Break Thru was contracted to create numerous structural floor openings, demo and remove 2 old freight elevators and shafts dating back to the early 1900s.

Interior

Break Thru was contracted to demolish and remove the architectural build out in the building lobby as well as several previous tenant’s architectural build outs.

Special Projects

Over the years Break Thru Demolition has been contracted by clients to remove unique items ranging from outdated boiler systems to pools in high rises.

Total Demolition

Break Thru was contracted to separate a 90,000 square foot building into two buildings. 10,500 square feet was to be left to be active and occupied throughout demolition.
