Break Thru was contracted to assist with our professional interior demolition services. ‘White boxing’ 2 full floors of Class A office space downtown Chicago. This included removal of the architectural build out that was roughly 70,000 square feet of office space and restrooms. This project also required a new stair to be installed. Break Thru provided a new structural opening in the deck between the two floors to help facilitate the installation of this stair.

- The new stair opening required an unique shape opening that needed radius corners. With the assistance of our saw cutting partners we were able to nail the radius and layout.
