Break Thru interior demolition contractors were contracted to demolish and remove several previous tenant’s architectural build out from 10 floors in a downtown Chicago high rise office building. The goal of the project was to provide the client with a ‘White Box’ space to show perspective future tenants.
On-Time & Without Incident
Coordination with the various trades for this project was key to keep this project on schedule. In doing so, Break Thru successfully completed the project on time and without incident.
Challenges and Fun Facts:
- Total area of the project was over 250,000 square feet.
- 3 floors contained a large server/data centers with supplemental cooling, battery backup, and fire suppression systems. Each of these server rooms served multiple floors.
- Removal of roof top units on high rise building.
