Break Thru was contracted to raze a property which consisted of a 2-story office building, a large warehouse, and adjacent 3 annex storage buildings. The office building was 45,000 SF overall and the warehouse was 80,000 SF overall. After clearing this site, the site was utilized to build a larger and more modern warehouse/shipping facility.
Challenges and Fun Facts:
- Dust control was more critical than a typical project. The site was adjacent to two local toll roads with hundreds of thousands of vehicles passing by each day.
- 5,500 tons of concrete were recycled.
- 700 tons of steel were recycled.
